This lawsuit concerns a Data Incident which may have exposed the Personal
Information of Laboratory Services Cooperative’s ("LSC") current and former
patients and employees. LSC denies all claims alleged against it and denies all
charges of wrongdoing or liability. The Settlement is not an admission of
wrongdoing or an indication that LSC has violated any laws. Rather, the
Plaintiffs and Defendant LSC (the “Parties”) have agreed to settle the class
action lawsuit to avoid the uncertainties and expenses associated with ongoing
litigation.
